Due to an incompetent shuttle service...(did I mention their names = Prime Time Shuttle) - my college student was stranded at 10pm for a ride to the airport/hotel at LAX. I called and spoke with Shalonda - who was AWESOME and had a car sent immediately for this 10 pm pickup!! I booked the white princess Rolls Royce for my wedding. I had a vintage inspired wedding and it fit right in. My guests were very impressed by this good looking car. We turned lots of heads on the way to our reception. The driver was very nice and professional. The price was affordable-- cheaper than many other companies. I highly recommend Byrd Limos.

We rented a limousine last night and had a wonderful time. The driver, Frank was early and as we were returning from our 25th vow renewal, from the mountains, it was perfect to have the surprised limousine backing into our driveway. My wife was surprised and very happy. The whole family had a great time going to dinner in the limo. The limo was nice inside and we enjoyed the Martineli’s. We will definitely be using your service again!

I have used Byrd Limousine at least a dozen times in last 6 months for business to airport. Always early and very, very professional. They keep my info stored so I just give them name, time, and where. Vehicles are superb, well-kept.

Byrd Limos was also the most reasonable and accommodating. We were able to get a limo for the bridal party and a separate small fun car for the bride and groom. The drivers were cordial and arrived ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

Hitower texted us upon arrival and was ready and waiting for us with a comfortable Suburban with cold drinks on a hot day! We were swiftly taken home but not before I memorized Hitower's name for another trip!

Byrd Limo is absolutely outstanding. The cars are beautiful and the driver (Marcos) that we've used twice in March and April has ALWAYS been prompt, very courteous and quite patient. Marcos made certain that we arrived at LAX on time. Many of our friends have used Byrd and all have been so pleased. Marcos called us when on his way to pick us up and gave us his cell number as well. Charges are verv reasonable and competitive with other carriers but the service is FAR SUPERIOR. I strongly recommend Byrd Limo service.

We hired Byrd Limousine for our wedding last month. We are so happy with their service. We got the champagne and the red carpet for our photos. We talked to Shelonda to make the reservation and time arrangement. She was very nice, informative, and responsive. Mark, the driver, arrived on time on the wedding day. He was very nice and drove professionally and made the ride comfortable. He asked me multiple times if I am feeling good and if I need anything. He gave me water and told me about the snacks. He helped me carry my flowers too when I was getting on and off the Limo. Thanks for your amazing service.

On our recent trip to NYC, Louie became one of our favorite drivers ever...and I can be quite critical. How did he win our hearts? 1) He asked about radio preferences and volumes. 2) He offered water and snacks. 3) He knew when to talk and when not to. I'm a very open, personable person.... but I have found that sometimes that causes the driver to assume too much familiarity and takes the opportunity to be chatty, 4) He was respectful and went out of his way to please without being obsequious. He was well dressed, not to Uptight and not too casual. 5) We communicated easily about the return LAX pickup. More than once I've returned from a long trip only to be left waiting curbside far too long. 6) As a business woman, I totally understand that I should book through you and that you will allow Louie to drive us unless he has a previous commitment or if there is another reason to assign us to another driver. Once he is assigned to us I assume it is ok if I text him directly with updates on arrival times etc.
